Admission
Requirements
You must have proof of the following- 17 years or older with High School Diploma or GED (if not yet graduated, you will need your legal guardian). Social Security card, valid ID or drivers
license, and a current TB test.

Methods
We accept cash, Credit cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check or Money Order made
payable to “Caring Heart Training Center.” The cost for the program is $550.
Nurse Aide Program Class Schedule
Monday- Friday 6p-10p with 3 Saturday clinicals from 6a-
2p. The class is 4 weeks long.
School Approval
Caring Heart Training Center,LLC. holds a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission to operate a proprietary school and is approved to provide/conduct a Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. Approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges Section, Austin, Texas.
Unresolved Grievances
Caring Heart Training Center,LLC. has a certificate of approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to operate a career school in the state of Texas. The TWC-assigned school number is S5661. The school's programs are approved by TWC, as well as the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog. A student who is dissatisfied with the school’s Program Director response can file a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Information on filing a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission can be found on their Career Schools and Colleges website at www.texasworkforce.org/careerschoolstudents. Complaints may also be filed with NATCEP under Texas Health and Human Services Commission at 512-438-2017.
